Commissions

Below you can find info about my commissions, pricing, and examples.
Before you order a commission you are required to read my TOS. Please also be aware of what i will and will not draw before commissioning me. If you are unsure of anything please feel free to contact me.
All payments are to be in USD via kofi paypal.

Please be aware that there is a possibility for suggestive content, partial nudity, heavy gore, and blood below.
This is your only warning. Proceed with caution.

Fullbodies

The starting price is $30 for simple designs to $50 for more complex designs.

Redesigns

Redesigns work the same as customs, i simply redesign a character of yours into another.
Price starts at $80 and increase with any complex features such as accessories or complicated wings/features.
By default redesigns come with a color pallet. You may ask to add on any additional features such as an extra headshot, paw ref, eye ref, fire, blood, ect.
By default redesigns will be in a mostly neutral standing, sitting, or floating pose as to not impede any design aspects.
Below are examples of before and afterPlease note if you are wanting a Closed Species character of yours redesign, they are subject to a $50 + fee for any changes needed by the species owner when finished.

Surprise Redesigns

Suprise redesigns work quite different from regular customs or redesigns. I will redesign an oc/character of yours of my own free reign.
Price is $66-80 (depending on character complexity, ie; feathers) and only comes as a stationary pose and color pallet.
The only thing you have control over is the species you want, and up to three very specific features you want for the redesign, but the overall redesign will be up to me. There will be no WIPS during this process and you are allowed one change after the finished piece is shown to you.Please note if you are wanting a Closed Species character of yours redesign, they are subject to a $50 + fee for any changes needed by the species owner when finished.

Busts and Halfbodies

Busts and halfbodies can either come in a box or not, this is up to you.
These start off at $25 but could increase slightly for any complex designs.
By default i will use creative freedom to experiment with expressions, but you are more than welcome to request anything specific.

Reference Sheets

Reference sheets by default will come with two fullbodies, one half body, a color pallet, eye ref, blood color, and important item to your character. You are welcome to request text inbetween or extra items/headshot ect.
The first fullbody will always be in a neutral pose. The second fullbody will usually be them showing off an item/lore. And the half body will usually show an alt outfit, silly pose, or anything specific to their lore.
These are just the basics, and you're more than welcome to request anything different or specific.
Ref sheet price starts at $180 for default posing. Additional fees may be present for anything complicated.

Sketches and Sillies

Sketches and silly content are strictly for friends only. These are requests and cost nothing.
Please do not ask for these as a commission, this is usually light hearted/related to lore/or sillies for friends.

Gore, Blood and Sensitive Content

Pricing for Gore, blood, and other sensitive content that falls under this category will vary.
Anything with complicated anatomical features such as guts, meats, and insides start at $100 +/-
Anything with less complicated features like blood or missing limbs will usually start around $50.
Anything spooky or horror related solely depends on what type of commissions you want.
Pricing is usually case by case.

DISCLAIMER

● Please read this list entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.● By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. I have full right to change these terms at any point in time without notice.● I absolutely do not allow my artwork to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this will compromise my artwork.● NFT usage is strictly forbidden.● Do not trade or sell off any designs I have created to blacklisted users. This will result in an immediate blacklist.

USER AND PAYPAL AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely without any warning.●Please note that all of my sales are "digital artwork" and it is the artworks "intellectual property" that is purchased by you, the client.
Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client, to be physically shipped to them
I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.
All payments shall be made via Ko-fi. Ko-fi acceps paypal.

USAGE OF WORK

● You may not claim my work as your own● You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.● You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.● You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your own PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale or commercial use).● You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial, or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed beforehand.● You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission.● Under no circumstances are you allowed to change, erase, move, or otherwise alter my signature in any way, shape, or form.● You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base."

GENERAL

● I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason, unless discussed beforehand.● Once i start the linework, there will be NO REFUNDS.● I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.● I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.● I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a public commission, I made do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the characters design.● No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
I usually work on commissions in the order that i receive them. However I will sometimes work on different/other pieces that i feel most inspired to work on at the moment.● You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.● I do not accept commissions with deadlines. Your commission will be finished within a calendar month if not less.● The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.● I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.● You are responsible for saving any information, images, or other digital data i provide. Any file you paid for will be available from me at any time. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

COMMISSIONS

● I will only accept USD (United States Dollar) via my Ko-fi profile as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.● I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.● I will send frequent WIPs to ensure that everything is up to your expectations.● The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.● Any amount of revisions can be made at any time during your commission.● Any changes to the character or subejct will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change. (such as a pose change after sketchwork.)● I reserve the right to publicly post wips of your commissions on any of my platforms without notice, unless otherwise discussed beforehand.● If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. This means i will not publicly post the artwork of your character. The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPS on social media, nor am i allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.● You are allowed to add the monetary price of any artwork you produce for a design created by me. This is allowed for customs purchased from me directly, or designs by me bought second hand.● I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.● Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.● I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, i am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.

AUCTIONS, ADOPTS AND CUSTOMS

● If you purchase any design by me, the cool down is two months (60 days). Within these two months you are not allowed to "entertain offers," sell, or trade them at any point. This is to keep my designs from being passed from person to person, and to protect from potential scams. Breaking this rule could result in a blacklist.● I only accept holds of up to one week. If you fail to contact me before the end of the week, i will automatically contact the next bidder before you without notice. It is YOUR responsibility to remember and contact me.● For auctions, you are NOT allowed to retract your bid. On your first problematic transaction, you'll recieve a simple warning. The next time you back down from the auction, you will be blacklisted and refused the opportunity to bid in the future, or own any designs/artwork created by me. Only bid if you are sure you can pay your bidding.● Fpr customs, I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form. This includes small or tiny details I may miss (i.e. hard to see/hidden piercings, tattoos, scars, birthmarks, mouth color, and details of that nature).

Please DO NOT message me about any individuals on this list, i will ignore you. If persistent i will block you. People who are on this blacklist are here permanently. Under no circumstances will they ever be removed.The users listed below are banned from owning any designs or characters created by me. This includes customs, adopts, major redesigns, any designs attached to a closed species, and any designs voided from a closed species.
Please do not interact with me if you are friendly with any of these people.
